Basalt Systems OĆ provides S3-compatible object storage at https://ru2.trixycon.com. By creating an account or issuing requests against the endpoint you accept these terms.
You may not store or distribute material that is unlawful in Estonia or in the jurisdiction from which it is served, nor use the service to attack third-party systems. We suspend accounts that generate sustained abuse reports.
We target 99.9% monthly availability of the S3 API. Credits are issued against the affected month's invoice on request. Scheduled maintenance is announced on the status page at least 72 hours in advance.
You retain ownership of everything you upload. Deleted objects are unrecoverable after 30 days. On account closure, remaining data is destroyed within 14 days.
Storage is metered hourly and billed monthly in arrears. Egress is billed per TB at the plan rate. Unpaid invoices older than 30 days suspend write access; read access is retained for a further 30 days.
Aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data where no independent backup was kept.
